Astronomic Planetary of Rosario

The Planetary offers weekly shows for educational institutions and for the public in general. In both cases, the shows are produced in the institution and refer to the astronomical phenomena and celestial bodies that populate the universe, and also to historical narration, novelistic and of science fiction.

The building has the form of a comet. It is situated in the southwest sector of the "Urquiza" park. It was inaugurated on June 18 of 1970.

Surrounded by species of trees brought from everywhere of the world and typical of our zone, it forms a complex constituted by three spaces.

Poetry Festival

September 18th At 10 am will take place the Workshop of Handicraft Edition, in charge of Eric Schierloh. It's for free and it's in the "Plataforma Lavardén", in the corner of Sarmiento and Mendoza streets. The night reading of the International Festival of Poetry is at nine pm. Poets under 30 years old are going to read and share this beautiful pieces of writing. It's at the "Oui" bar,  in Mendoza and Sarmiento.
