Provincial Historical Museum

Located right in the middle of the "Independencia" park, the provincial historical museum called "Dr Julio Marc"is Rosario’s main history museum. It is home to a number of excellent exhibits, ranging from indigenous artifacts to post-colonial religious displays, as well as an intriguing display of mate-related items. The exhibits are well presented, and the design of the museum is modern and accessible for all ages. It is also conveniently located next to the Newell’s Old Boys football stadium, which is also worth a look in if it is open – but the museum is closed on matchdays.
Opening hours: Tue-Fri 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.; Sat-Sun 2 p.m.-7 p.m

Poetry Festival

September 18th At 10 am will take place the Workshop of Handicraft Edition, in charge of Eric Schierloh. It's for free and it's in the "Plataforma Lavardén", in the corner of Sarmiento and Mendoza streets. The night reading of the International Festival of Poetry is at nine pm. Poets under 30 years old are going to read and share this beautiful pieces of writing. It's at the "Oui" bar,  in Mendoza and Sarmiento.
